Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Schlitt served as CEO & co-founder of Aviditi. Schlitt has more than 24 years of financial services experience at leading private capital advisory groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse Securities and Aviditi Advisors.
